Flint Inner City Youth Hockey

Flint Inner City Youth Hockey is a free program created to introduce the community to ice hockey for no cost. Our ultimate goal is to give kids ages 7-12 the opportunity to learn about the incredible sport in a safe and judgment-free environment.

Our mentors are committed to teaching life skills including sportsmanship, perseverance, character, and cultural diversity.

What’s Included

Free 10 Weeks of Training
From learning how to ice skate to playing your first game at Dort Federal Credit Union Event Center in the FICYH ‘Big Game’

Free Transporation
All transportation to and from training at the Dort Federal Credit Union Event Center provided by the MTA of Flint is completely free.

All Equipment Provided
FICYH provides any and all necessary equipment during the program for all participants thanks to donations from the community.
